Continuous Credit Card Authority
You can pay your bills by Continuous Credit Card Authority either monthly or quarterly.

Monthly - Each quarter we will send you your water bill as normal. Monthly payments spread the total of your quarterly water bill over three months. Your water bill will indicate the total amount payable, the amounts that we will charge to your credit card each month and the dates on which the amounts will be taken (usually the 20th of the month).

Quarterly - Each quarter we will send you your water bill as normal. The full amount will be charged to your credit card on or around the 20th of the month.

Because payments under the Continuous Credit Card Authority are more expensive for us to process they do not attract the £1 discount per bill available to Direct Debit payments. If you would like to pay by Direct Debit please click here

Debit Cards
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept continuous payment authorities on debit cards.

Set up your Continuous Credit Card Authority
To set up your Continuous Credit Card Authority, simply print out and fill in the Payment Selection Form (click here to download (74k)) and post it to the Customer Accounts Department (click here).

You need to complete section 1 and 2, selecting Continuous Credit Card as the payment option.

Changes to payments
We will inform you in advance of any changes to our tariff structure and will send you your bill each quarter with the payment amounts detailed on it.

Cancellation of authority
You can of course stop paying by Continuous Credit Card Authority at any time. Simply inform the Customer Accounts Department (click here).
