We are delighted to announce that Paul Masterton will be the next Chair of our Board of Directors.
Paul will join the Board on 1 October, when we will officially unveil our five-year strategy to 2030, which will set a clear direction for safeguarding the Island’s water supply for the future.
With a career spanning senior leadership roles and more than two decades of board-level experience, Paul has held multiple chair roles across public sector organisations, infrastructure and financial services.
In his role as Chair, Paul will oversee the delivery of our strategy, working closely with our leadership team and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure that we continue to provide our critical public service for the Island.

On his appointment to the Jersey Water Board of Directors, Paul commented:

Paul will be officially elected as Chair at our annual general meeting in February 2026, subject to shareholder approval. He will succeed Heather MacCallum, who will be standing down after completing her nine-year term on the Board.
We will launch our 2030 strategy on 1 October 2025.
