Annual reports and financial statements

Every year, we publish our annual report and financial statements.

Our annual report for the year ending 30 September 2025 details our financial performance, operational achievements and challenges. As well as achieving 100% compliance with water quality regulations, including for PFAS, nitrates and lead, we maintained industry-leading rates for leakage and carefully managed water supplies without introducing restrictions during a notably dry year.

In 2025, we were recognised by Jersey’s Controller and Auditor General who awarded us Best Annual Report for a large organisation in the inaugural Jersey Audit Office’s Annual Reporting Awards. We were also runner-up for our sustainability reporting. The awards celebrate organisations that demonstrate excellence in financial reporting, performance transparency and public accountability.
