Ways to pay your bill

Ways to pay your bill

There are many ways you can choose to pay your water bill. Here are the various methods of payment:

Paying by Direct Debit

Paying by direct debit is the easiest way to pay your water bill and you’ll also receive a £1 reduction per bill for choosing to pay this way. You can pay monthly, spreading your annual water charge over 12 equal monthly instalments, or quarterly as each bill is due.

Our automated payment line is available 24/7 365 days of the year. Call (01534) 707300 with your customer account number and debit or credit card details.

Paying at the Post Office

You can pay your water bill at any Jersey Post Office using cash, cheque, debit, or credit card. For convenience, use the Post and Pay kiosks at Broad Street or Rue des Pres.

Cheques are being phased out in line with banking trends. If paying by cheque, make it out to Jersey Post Limited and submit it at a post office. We do not accept cheques directly to Jersey Water.

For post office locations, visit the Jersey Post website.

Paying by bank transfer

All the major banks have ‘The Jersey New Waterworks’ listed as a named payee on the ‘Payment Services’ section of their website. Simply input the bill amount and your Jersey Water account number in the reference field and authorise the payment in the usual way.

Our bank details are:
