We have unveiled our latest public water refill point at St Brelade’s Bay.
Located at one of the Island’s most popular beach destinations, the refill point provides free drinking water for residents and visitors, making it easy to stay hydrated on the go.
Expanding the Island’s network of refill stations forms part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and improving access to free drinking water in high footfall areas.
Martin Skyba, Head of Water Network at Jersey Water, said:
“Providing easy access to refill points in popular locations like St Brelade’s Bay encourages people to make simple changes, like refilling instead of buying bottled water. It’s a simple shift that can cut reliance on single-use plastics and help reduce waste.”
We are continuing to expand our network of refill stations, with a commitment to install at least two new points each year across the Island.
The refill point is conveniently located on the promenade in front of the St Brelade’s seafront gardens.
We would like to thank the Infrastructure and Environment Department’s Parks and Gardens team for their support and contribution to the installation.
