Customer Services Department change of opening hours for Friday 20th November 2015

Please note the following information regarding our Customer Services Department on Friday 20th November 2015.

From 12.00pm on Friday 20th November 2015, our Customer Services Department will be closed due to training being undertaken.

Payments can be made in the following ways during this time for Jersey Water accounts:

Emergency calls will be answered as usual

Voicemails and email messages will be responded to on Monday 23rd November 2015.
