On the evenings of Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 September, between 18:00 and 23:00, we will be carrying out works in the area of La Grande Route de St Jean / Sion Village to support the Government’s Infrastructure and Environment Department’s ongoing sewerage upgrade project.
As part of these works, we will be installing a temporary overground water pipe to allow the sewerage upgrades to continue. Our work is in support of the wider infrastructure improvements currently taking place in the area.
To minimise disruption during the day, we will carry out the work in the evenings, helping to keep traffic moving and allowing businesses and deliveries to continue as normal during the day. The works may be a little noisy at times and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Access to properties will be maintained at all times. However, one lane will be closed and temporary traffic lights will be in operation during the works.
We appreciate that residents and businesses have already experienced disruption while these essential Government sewerage upgrades are being carried out and would like to thank everyone for your patience and cooperation.
