Ways to pay your bill
There are many ways you can choose to pay for your water usage, these are the various methods of payment:
Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your water bill and you’ll also receive a £1 reduction per bill for choosing to pay this way. You can pay monthly, spreading your annual water charge over 12 equal monthly instalments, or quarterly as each bill is due.
Paying your bill online is a convenient way to make a payment. Have your account number to hand, together with your debit or credit card details to make a payment.

Post Office – Post & Pay
Jersey Post makes life easier by enabling you to pay your Jersey Water bills via their island-wide network of post offices. You can pay by cheque, cash, debit or credit card at any Jersey Post Office outlet. To find the location of your nearest outlet please visit Jersey Post. If you’re in a hurry, you can use the quick and convenient Post & Pay kiosks to pay your bills and save yourself time. These can be found at the post offices in Broad Street and at the Powerhouse on Queen’s Road.
All the major banks have Jersey Water listed as a named payee on the ‘Payment Services’ section of their website. Simply input the bill amount and your water account number and authorise the payment in the usual way.
BACS transfer payment
Customers wishing to pay by BACS transfer payment should contact the Customer Services Department for further details
Cheques should be made out to ‘Jersey Water’. Alternatively, debit or credit card details should be completed on the reverse of the payment advice slip.
The payment advice slip and cheque (if applicable) should be posted to: Jersey Water, St. Helier Jersey, JE1 1DG. Do not send cash through the post.
If you would like a receipt please return the whole bill to us with your payment. We will stamp it as paid and return it to you.

In order to ensure your payment is processed promptly please return the payment advice slip (the tear off strip at the bottom of your water bill) with your payment.

Disputing your bill
If you dispute the amount on your water bill, or do not think you are liable for the bill, you must contact the Customer Services Department at the earliest opportunity. We will aim to resolve the situation with you as soon as possible. However, if there is any amount of a bill, which is not in dispute, this must be paid immediately.

GST is charged at the applicable rate and is detailed separately on your bill.
